This website is operated by Ravomir Commerce LLC under the brand name MagClean. Throughout this website, the terms “MagClean,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ravomir Commerce LLC.

MagClean provides this website, including the information, content, features, tools, products, and services available through it, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the website, including visitors, customers, account holders, reviewers, and contributors of content.

By visiting magclean.shop, creating an account, submitting information, placing an order, or otherwise using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by the policies incorporated into them, including our:

• Return & Refund Policy;
• Shipping Policy;
• Privacy Policy;
• Contact Information;
• Legal Notice; and
• Any product-specific instructions, warranty terms, or notices displayed on the website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the website or purchasing a product. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website or place an order.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer and sell our products. Products purchased through this website are sold by Ravomir Commerce LLC, not by Shopify.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws applicable to you.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you confirm that:

Certain features may require you to create a customer account.

You are responsible for:

SECTION 3 — PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

Products displayed on the website are subject to availability.

• Limit the number of products available to a customer, household, address, or payment method;
• Discontinue a product;
• Restrict sales to certain countries or regions; or
• Refuse an order for a legitimate business, legal, security, inventory, or fraud-prevention reason.

Any material change that affects the essential function of a product will be reflected in the relevant product description where reasonably possible.

Product photographs and videos are intended to represent products accurately. However, minor differences may occur because of lighting, screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, packaging updates, or production batches.

Such minor differences do not constitute a defect where they do not materially affect the product’s appearance, safety, installation, or intended function.

SECTION 4 — PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY

MagClean products are designed for compatible walk-in shower floor drains. They are not guaranteed to fit every drain, pipe, trap, grate, insert, or plumbing configuration.

Before placing an order, you are responsible for reviewing:

• Product measurements;
• Compatibility guidance;
• Installation instructions;
• Product photographs and videos;
• Drain structure requirements; and
• Any warnings displayed on the product page.

For the applicable MagClean drain product, compatibility may require that:

• The approximately 78 mm flexible top disc has a stable, continuous support surface;
• The clear passage below the support surface is at least 32 mm wide to accommodate the approximately 31.5 mm body;
• The original drain grate, hair basket, removable insert, stopper, or odor-control core can be removed where necessary;
• There is at least 50 mm of unobstructed usable depth below the support surface, with room for the bottom flap to move;
• No fixed internal structure prevents insertion; and
• The drain and pipe are not already severely blocked, structurally damaged, improperly installed, or unsuitable for the product.

The shape of a drain cover or its approximate surface diameter alone does not guarantee compatibility.

Do not force the product into a drain. Forced installation may damage the product, drain, pipe, seal, or surrounding surface and may affect return or warranty eligibility.

SECTION 5 — FIT CHECK SERVICE

MagClean may provide a complimentary pre-purchase compatibility review, referred to as a “Fit Check.”

A Fit Check is based only on the photographs, measurements, descriptions, and other information supplied by the customer.

For the most reliable review, customers should provide:

• Clear photographs of the drain before and after removal of the existing grate or insert;
• A photograph showing the internal drain structure;
• The approximate diameter of the accessible opening;
• The available insertion depth; and
• Information about any fixed or removable internal parts.

A Fit Check:

• Is a general product compatibility assessment;
• Is not a professional plumbing inspection;
• Does not reveal hidden structures that cannot be seen in the submitted materials;
• Does not guarantee compatibility when the supplied information is incomplete or inaccurate; and
• Does not guarantee that the product will correct an existing plumbing defect, severe blockage, damaged pipe, missing trap, or sewer-gas problem.

If MagClean confirms compatibility in writing before purchase based on materially complete and accurate information, but the product cannot be installed as confirmed, the matter will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 — INSTALLATION AND USE

You must follow all installation, cleaning, maintenance, and safety instructions supplied with the product or published on our website.

MagClean products are intended for normal household use unless the relevant product page expressly states otherwise.

You must not:

• Force the product into an incompatible drain;
• Cut, bend, drill, melt, permanently modify, or improperly disassemble the product;
• Use corrosive or unsuitable chemicals on the product;
• Use the product to repair damaged plumbing;
• Rely on the product as a substitute for a required plumbing trap or professional plumbing repair; or
• Continue using the product if it is visibly damaged or creates an unsafe condition.

Drainage performance may be affected by factors outside the product, including:

• Existing pipe diameter;
• Pipe slope;
• Deep pipe blockage;
• Hair, soap, mineral, or debris buildup;
• Drain structure;
• Water flow rate;
• Incorrect installation;
• Damaged plumbing; and
• Lack of regular cleaning or maintenance.

The product is designed to assist with hair collection, drainage, and odor control under suitable installation conditions. It does not guarantee that all plumbing odors, clogs, insects, drainage problems, or sewer-gas issues will be eliminated in every property.

If you are unsure whether your drain or plumbing system is suitable, consult a qualified plumber before installation.

SECTION 7 — ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Placing an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

After you place an order, you may receive an automated order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we:

• Send a shipping or fulfillment confirmation;
• Otherwise expressly confirm acceptance; or
• Dispatch the product,

whichever occurs first.

We may cancel or decline an order before acceptance for reasons including:

• Product unavailability;
• A material pricing or description error;
• Payment failure;
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
• Shipping restrictions;
• Legal or regulatory requirements;
• An incorrect or undeliverable address;
• Unusual order quantities; or
• Suspected resale or distribution activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the relevant amount to the original payment method.

SECTION 8 — ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may request cancellation within 12 hours after placing your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to process the request, but cancellation is not guaranteed because an order may enter packing or fulfillment before the request is reviewed.

An order is not cancelled until MagClean provides written cancellation confirmation.

If an order has already been shipped, it will normally need to be handled under our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

Customers in jurisdictions that provide additional statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights retain those rights.

SECTION 9 — PRICES

Prices for the Australia market are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). For other markets, the displayed currency depends on the selected country or region. Your order currency and final total are shown at checkout.

Prices may change without advance notice. A price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed during checkout, subject to correction of obvious or material errors.

We may correct:

• Typographical errors;
• Pricing errors;
• Incorrect discount calculations;
• Incorrect product descriptions;
• Technical checkout errors; or
• Incorrect shipping or tax calculations.

If a material error affects an order, we may contact you to offer the choice of proceeding under the corrected information or cancelling the affected order for a refund.

SECTION 10 — TAXES, DUTIES, AND IMPORT CHARGES

The amount payable to MagClean is shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free for eligible orders.

For orders delivered to Australia, MagClean covers applicable import taxes, customs duties, and standard import clearance charges, as explained in our Shipping Policy. Customers are not responsible for these covered charges.

For other supported destinations, any commitment by MagClean to cover import charges is stated in our Shipping Policy or at checkout.

If a carrier, postal authority, or customs authority requests an unexpected payment, contact MagClean before paying it whenever reasonably possible. We will review the request and arrange payment of covered charges or reimburse you for covered charges already paid. Please provide the payment request or receipt.

Do not reject or abandon the package solely because of an unexpected customs request without first contacting us.

Optional customs brokerage services, storage fees caused by failure to respond, penalties caused by inaccurate customer information, and charges arising from an incorrect delivery address are not covered by this import-charge commitment, except where payment or reimbursement is required by law.

SECTION 11 — PAYMENT AND BILLING INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate:

• Billing information;
• Payment information;
• Email address;
• Telephone number; and
• Delivery address.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with the order.

By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment service providers to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

We may use third-party payment processors. Your payment may therefore also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available in every location or for every order.

We may delay, cancel, or request additional verification for a transaction where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or unauthorized activity.

SECTION 12 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our normal order processing target is 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times displayed on the website are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, except where applicable law or an express written commitment provides otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by events including:

• Customs processing;
• Carrier delays;
• Severe weather;
• Peak shopping periods;
• Transportation disruption;
• Public holidays;
• Incorrect customer information;
• Remote delivery locations;
• Government action; or
• Events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Risk of loss and legal title will transfer as required by applicable law. Nothing in this section reduces any legal responsibility we may have for goods until they are delivered to the customer or an authorized recipient.

SECTION 13 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, incorrect products, missing components, compatibility claims, delivery disputes, and order cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy:

Our voluntary 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to request a return for any reason by contacting us within 30 days after delivery. You do not need to provide a reason for the return.

Opening the package, completing a clean and dry placement check, or trying MagClean under normal household use does not disqualify the return.

If MagClean has contacted shower wastewater or is materially contaminated with hair, soap residue, cleaning products, or other substances, do not mail it unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so.

A normal household trial is covered by the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Safe handling and any approved alternative to a physical return are arranged under our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must obtain authorization before returning a product.

Our business correspondence address is not an authorized return center. The correct return instructions will be provided after a return request is approved.

SECTION 14 — ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Eligible MagClean products include a one-year limited warranty beginning on the delivery date. To qualify under this voluntary warranty, the covered defect must appear during that one-year period. This period does not limit rights under applicable consumer law.

The warranty covers qualifying defects in materials and workmanship arising during normal household use.

The following exclusions apply only to this voluntary One-Year Limited Warranty and do not exclude or limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. This voluntary warranty does not generally cover:

• Normal wear and tear;
• Cosmetic changes that do not affect function;
• Improper installation;
• Forced installation into an incompatible drain;
• Accidental damage;
• Misuse or abuse;
• Commercial or unintended use;
• Unauthorized modification or repair;
• Failure to clean or maintain the product;
• Hair, soap, limescale, mineral, or debris buildup;
• Damage caused by corrosive or unsuitable chemicals;
• Pre-existing plumbing problems;
• Severe pipe blockages;
• Fixed internal structures that prevent compatibility;
• Damage caused by external plumbing components;
• Loss of removable parts; or
• Events outside our reasonable control.

For an approved warranty claim, MagClean will provide an appropriate remedy, subject to your rights under applicable consumer law. The remedy may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, product replacement, repair where practical, a partial refund, or a full refund.

The remedy selected will depend on the circumstances, product availability, applicable law, and the nature of the defect.

The benefits provided by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available under the law and do not replace or limit those rights.

To make a warranty claim, contact admin@magclean.shop or call +1 (502) 853-8863. Provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any photographs, videos, or other information reasonably needed to assess the reported defect. We will first review this information and determine the appropriate next steps based on the issue and your rights under applicable law. Original packaging is not required.

We will request a physical return only where necessary to assess or resolve the claim. Contact us before mailing the product so we can provide the correct return destination and safe-handling instructions. Tell us if the product has been used in a shower or is materially contaminated. The business correspondence address is not an authorized product return center.

For a confirmed covered defect in materials or workmanship under this One-Year Limited Warranty, MagClean covers reasonable assessment costs, the cost of repair or replacement, and necessary standard shipping in both directions. We will arrange the covered services and shipping or reimburse reasonable covered costs you have paid. Contact us before arranging paid assessment, repairs, or postage so we can confirm the appropriate handling and payment method. To claim reimbursement, send your proof of purchase, claim details, and expense receipts to admin@magclean.shop.

For a product confirmed to have a fault covered by the Australian Consumer Law, we will reimburse reasonable return costs you have already paid. Send your proof of purchase and the return-cost receipt to admin@magclean.shop. A lack of prior authorization does not remove any right to reimbursement required by law. We will also meet any other expenses that the law requires us to pay.

For consumers in Australia, our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and One-Year Limited Warranty are additional benefits. The 30-day return period, the one-year warranty period, and the voluntary warranty exclusions do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees can apply after those periods, depending on the product and the circumstances.

Australian Consumer Law — mandatory goods warranty statement

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, if a failure with the goods is major, you may choose a refund or replacement. If a failure is not major and can be remedied, we will provide a remedy without charge within a reasonable time. If we cannot or do not do so, you may have further rights, including a refund, replacement, or reimbursement of reasonable repair costs. You may also have rights to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The remedy options listed in this policy do not remove any choice or remedy available to you by law.

SECTION 15 — PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND BUNDLES

Promotions, discount codes, multi-buy offers, gifts, and bundles are subject to the conditions displayed with the relevant offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Promotions cannot be combined;
• Discount codes have no cash value;
• Promotions may be modified or withdrawn before an order is accepted;
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively;
• Offers may be limited by date, location, customer, quantity, or product; and
• Suspected promotion abuse may result in cancellation.

For a Buy 2, Get 1 Free (3 Pack), an any-reason return must include the complete 3 Pack—all three inserts and their supplied product parts. Partial one- or two-insert any-reason returns from a 3 Pack are not offered. Qualifying complete-pack refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy and return the actual product price paid after any order-level discount, in the original transaction currency to the original payment method.

If an individual insert is damaged, defective, incomplete, materially different from its description, or incorrect, that insert will be handled separately. You will not be required to return the complete 3 Pack solely because one insert has such a problem.

SECTION 16 — ACCURACY OF WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.

However, the website may occasionally contain:

• Typographical errors;
• Outdated information;
• Incorrect stock information;
• Technical errors;
• Incomplete descriptions;
• Pricing errors;
• Incorrect delivery estimates; or
• Other inaccuracies.

We may correct errors and update information at any time.

Nothing in this section permits us to materially change an accepted customer order without providing an appropriate remedy where required by law.

You confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to submit it;

• The content does not infringe another person’s rights;
• The content is not fraudulent, defamatory, unlawful, threatening, or abusive;
• The content does not contain malicious code; and
• Any material connection, incentive, discount, or free product associated with the content is truthfully disclosed.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our content standards.

Photographs or videos submitted privately for customer support, Fit Check, returns, warranty claims, or troubleshooting will not be used publicly for marketing without additional permission, although they may be retained and used internally to resolve the request, prevent fraud, improve support, or comply with legal obligations.

SECTION 19 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website and its content, including:

• Logos;

SECTION 25 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

In particular, these Terms do not exclude liability for:

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• Willful misconduct;
• Gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be limited;
• Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot lawfully be limited;
• Mandatory product liability;
• Violation of non-waivable consumer rights; or
• Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagClean and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

This may include loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, data, goodwill, or business interruption, particularly where the product was purchased for business or commercial use.

For claims that may lawfully be limited, MagClean’s total aggregate liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not reduce any refund, replacement, repair, conformity, warranty, or consumer remedy that must be provided under applicable law.

SECTION 26 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Ravomir Commerce LLC against third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising directly from:

• Your intentional unlawful conduct;
• Your material violation of these Terms;
• Your infringement of another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Content you submit without the required rights or permissions; or
• Fraudulent or abusive use of the website.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for losses caused by MagClean’s own negligence, breach, or unlawful conduct.

SECTION 27 — FORCE MAJEURE

We will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters;
• Severe weather;
• Fire or flood;
• Epidemics or public health emergencies;
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest;
• Government action;
• Customs disruption;
• Labor disputes;
• Carrier interruption;
• Port or airport closures;
• Power or telecommunications failures;
• Cyberattacks not caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards; or
• Major supply-chain disruption.

This section does not remove any right to cancel, receive a refund, or obtain another remedy where applicable law requires it.

SECTION 28 — TERMINATION

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written approval.

Any transfer will remain subject to applicable consumer and privacy laws and will not reduce rights relating to an accepted order.

These Terms, together with the policies and product-specific terms incorporated by reference, form the entire agreement between you and MagClean regarding use of the website and purchases made through it.

They replace prior general communications concerning the same subject, but do not replace an express written commitment made specifically in relation to your order.
